WHAT WE DO
Sun House provides comprehensive project management and cost management services for residential and commercial projects. From pre-construction and planning through construction, closeout and move-in, we represent the owner’s interests while overseeing budgets, schedules, consultants, contractors, and overall project delivery.
We can also step into projects already underway—particularly when delays, cost overruns, communication issues, or contractor performance concerns arise. Sun House assesses the project’s current position, identifies key risks, establishes accountability, and develops a clear recovery plan to move the project forward.
Our home watch services provide continued oversight beyond construction, giving homeowners peace of mind that their property is being regularly inspected and professionally cared for while they are away.

Hi!
I’m Christina Bilbrey. I started Sun House PM Firm out of the love for construction, design and the joy of seeing the client be able to move into their office or home, on time and on budget. Construction Projects do not have to cost you additional un-budgeted money, time and frustration.
I started my career in commercial construction over twelve years ago working for Facebook in Menlo Park, California. I was responsible for New Build Tenant Improvements in Stockholm, Madrid and Los Angeles before taking a position with WeWork based in London for 4 years delivering projects in London, Berlin and Amsterdam. I returned home to the US in 2019 and became a Consultant Owner’s Representative.
